Background
The flag design was approved by the Acting Secretary of the Army on 1 May 1998.
Scientific and Professional
Description
Centered on a white flag with a 3’ hoist and 4’ fly with yellow fringe, the Senior Scientific and Professional keystone device in gold, encircled by the words “DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY SCIENTIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL” on a red designation band.
Background
The flag was approved by the Army Executive Resources Board at their 11 November 2011 meeting and the design was approved on 28 November 2012.
Senior Level
Description
