Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On a shield blazoned:  Per pale Celeste and Azure a mount Gray supporting a rams head affronté and erased Argent detailed Blue shaded Gray all within a diminished 1/8 inch (.32 cm) border of the last.  Attached above the shield:  a White scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Gray border and inscribed “GOV. J.R. ROGERS” in Gray letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 2 13/32 inches (6.11 cm) in width.

Symbolism:  Blue, light blue and white (silver), the school’s colors, are reflected in the design.  The ram is the school mascot and reflects the power and determination of the cadets to serve school, community and country.  

            Background:  The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 13 January 1999.

 

Shoulder Loop Insignia.  Description:  A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned:  Celeste a pile reversed dancette of three the pale enhanced Argent below and between two demi-rams salient combatant armed and unguled Gold Brown.  Attached below the shield a Blue scroll turned Silver and inscribed “CADETS LEAD THE WAY” in Silver letters.
