Description
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure, two quills saltirewise Argent interlaced by a wreath of laurel Vert and overall a sword of the second, all within a bordure Gules. Encircling the shield a Silver garter inscribed “VICTORY THROUGH EXCELLENCE” in Dark Blue letters.
