Description
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per saltire Gules and Buff an annulet counterchanged; in chief a wing elevated erased above issuant from base a demi-column Argent. Attached around the sides and bottom a bipartite black scroll inscribed "YOU MOVE WE SUPPORT" in silver letters.
