Description

A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per saltire Gules and Buff an annulet counterchanged; in chief a wing elevated erased above issuant from base a demi-column Argent. Attached around the sides and bottom a bipartite black scroll inscribed "YOU MOVE WE SUPPORT" in silver letters.

Symbolism

Buff and scarlet are the colors traditionally used by Support organizations. The saltire symbolizes reinforcement, cooperation and teamwork. The annulet suggests a wheel alluding to the movement of materiel to the soldier. The wing reflects aviation support and the column symbolizes strength and support.
