A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure, a vol quarterly Argent and Tenné surmounted by a sword blade of the second grip Or, a shield enhanced arched nebuly Argent. Attached below the shield an orange scroll doubled blue and inscribed "SUPPORT FROM ABOVE" in silver.
