Description

A shield-shaped embroidered device with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border and a white inner border 1/16 inch (.16 cm), a buff background in the upper right and scarlet background in the lower left. A maroon diagonal line 3/32 inch (.24 cm) with white diagonal lines on each side of the maroon from upper left to lower right dividing the buff and scarlet background in half. The beret flash was approved on 25 May 2006.
