On a disc Azure, in base a globe Or gridlined of the field, overall a winged sword point to base, wings in lure, Argent detailed Gris, hilted Gules, the sword tip emitting two lightning flashes in chevron of the second, all within a narrow Red border.
Attached above the disc, a Yellow scroll edged with a narrow Red border and inscribed “ALERT REACT SECURE” in Red letters.
Attached below the disc, a Yellow scroll edged with a narrow Red border and inscribed “823D BASE DEFENSE SQUADRON” in Red letters.
Symbolism
