Description
On a disc Or, a base Azure issuing a demi-toteaux from dexter, overall a mount issuant from base supporting two palm trees pilewise in dexter Sable below in sinister chief a hurt charged with a mullet Argent pierced Gules, all within a narrow bordure of the last.
Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Red border and inscribed "452D AIRCRAFT GENERATION SQ" in Red letters.
Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Red border and inscribed "FIRST IN GLASS" in Red letters.
Symbolism
Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations.
