The crossed wrenches are representative of the mechanical support supplied to various Special Operations aircraft. The lightning bolts are symbolic of the powerful capabilities and precision focus each of the Squadron's four flights (Accessory, Avionics, Electronic Warfare and Propulsion Flights) provides to the unit's diverse fleet of Special Operations aircraft.
