Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, an eagle erased at the shoulder facing dexter Proper, grasping a lightning bolt bend sinisterwise point down Or, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "376 ELRS" in Yellow letters.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "PERPETUO PARATUM BELLO" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The lightning bolt symbolizes the integrating role of contingency operations supporting the warfighter. The eagle symbolizes the professional strength demonstrated by unit personnel proudly serving the United States Air Force. The Latin motto, "Perpetuo Paratum Bello," translates to "Perpetually Prepared for War" in English.
