Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The gauntlet holding the globe reflects comptrollers putting financial services at the fingertips of all Airmen. The globe signifies the Squadron's full-time support of the world-wide aerospace mission. The atomic symbols are emblematic of the Squadron's support of the daily nuclear deterrence support mission of the U. S. Air Force and the strength and boldness of Air Force personnel as the protectors of our nation's freedom. The background is symbolic of the determination with which Air Force personnel perform duties around the clock. The motto, "Nulli Secundus," translates to "Second To None" in English.
