Azure, a sword erect Argent, fimbriated Sable, surmounted at its forte point by a terrestrial globe of the field displaying the Asian-Pacific land masses of the second, gridlined of the third, between a pair of wings elevated Or, fimbriated and detailed Gules. Convergent to base, as many lightning flashes in chevron reversed Yellow, all within a diminished bordure of the last.

Attached below the shield, a White scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "613TH CONTINGENCY GROUP" in Blue letters.

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The globe enveloped by outstretched wings represents the global response capability the unit possesses to enable air and space operations. The sword embodies the force with which the unit carries out its mission. The lightning flashes emphasize the speed and lethality of the two units subordinate to the same Group-Security Forces Squadron and Mobility Response Squadron.
