Azure, above a demi-globe rotated on an axis Celeste, gridlined of the field, a demi-sun rayed of six Tenné, charged with a Pegasus trotting to dexter Or, all within a diminished bordure of the last.

Attached below the shield, a White scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "515TH AIR MOBILITY OPERATIONS GROUP" in Blue letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The Pegasus symbolizes the men and women of the Air Mobility Operations Group that provide lift capability to the Air Force, as the Pegasus is known for carrying thunderbolts for Zeus. The globe represents the projection of global reach power. The sun alludes to the mobility operations that occur both day and night.
