Description/Blazon

On a disc Sable, above in base a demi-globe Azure, land masses Vert, charged with a Sphinx Or detailed Brun, emitting an arc to chief Argent, surmounted by an all seeing eye of the like, iris of the second, pupil of the first, emitting a lightning bolt bend sinisterwise of the fourth, all within a narrow bordure Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "NO BOUNDARIES" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "SPACE ANALYSIS SQ" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The globe represents the Squadron's support to the Air Force mission of global reach and power. The Sphinx, a traditional symbol of intelligence, signifies the Squadron's intelligence analysis, production and services. The lightning bolt adorned eye denotes the Squadron's continuous watch over all areas of interest-land, sea, air and space. The lightning bolt indicates the unit's ability to take action when necessary.
