Description/Blazon

On a disc Celeste, three cloud formations fesswise in pale, one in sinister chief, one in dexter fess and one in base Azure, overall a horse passant Sable caparisoned with a blanket Gules charged with two swords in saltire points down Or, all within a diminished bordure of the second.

Attached above the disc, a White scroll edged with a narrow Blue border and inscribed "354TH MEDICAL SUPPORT SQ" in Blue letters.

Attached below the disc, a White scroll edged with a narrow Blue border and inscribed "SANITAS EST RES NOSTRA" in Blue letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The light blue background represents the vast field in which the unit provides its service. The clouds describe the lofty standards maintained by the unit. The black horse signifies the abilities and determination of Squadron personnel. The red blanket alludes to the continual support in sustaining the lifeblood of military forces. The crossed swords symbolize the cutting edge technology applied to attain combat readiness.
