Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, a parchment scroll unfurled fesswise Proper ruled Sable turned Or, in sinister chief eight mullets configuring the constellation Ursa Major and the North Star of the like, in base a mountain range Argent detailed of the second surmounted by a quill pen erect point to base Yellow detailed Brown, all within a diminished border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border inscribed "354TH CONTRACTING SQUADRON" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "SERVICE-EXCELLENCE-INTEGRITY " in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The scroll and quill are the Squadron's media by which they produce air power and infrastructure support by partnering with industry. The constellation Ursa Major signifies the leadership role of the Squadron and the North Star denotes a constant quest for high standards. The mountains are representative of the challenges and successes the Squadron experiences in the performance of their mission.
