Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, a cross Gules fimbriated Or with an EKG like trail from sinister side to dexter side, surmounted by an aircraft Silver Gray in honor point and encircled by a vapor trail of the like, descending into a stethoscope Sable detailed of the fourth, all within a narrow border Red.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Red border and inscribed "OPTIMIZED HEALTH CARE" in Red letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Red border and inscribed "95TH MDOS" in Red letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The red cross with the EKG rhythm running through it represents the Medical Operations Squadron that is the heartbeat of the Medical Group. The stethoscope transforming into the jet represents the necessity of proper medical care to keep the Air Force operations functioning. Overall the elements illustrate the motto, "Optimized Health Care."
