On a disc Azure, a torii gate Gules entoured by five mullets tilting to sinister Argent issuant from sinister a meteor of three tails arcing to dexter base of the last charged with a hurt surmounted by a mullet tilting to sinister of the third charged with a torteau, all within a diminished border Yellow.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "605TH AIR INTEL SQ" in Yellow letters.


Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The torii gate symbolizes the unit's historical beginning in the Far East. The meteor and the five stars signify the unit's historical support to Fifth Air Operations.
