Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, in front of a bomb descending bend sinisterwise Gules, charged with a lightning flash Or, a mechanical eagle descending to dexter Silver Gray, head Argent, detailed Sable, talons of the third, grasping in its dexter talon a screwdriver and wrench in saltire of the third, all within a narrow border Blue.

Attached above the disc, a Yellow scroll edged with a narrow Blue border and inscribed "IN OMNIA PARATUS" in Blue letters.

Attached below the disc, a Yellow scroll edged with a narrow Blue border and inscribed "19TH EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SQ" in Blue letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The mechanical eagle represents an alert America and the aircraft of the United States Air Force. The bomb denotes the destructive power of retaliation. The tools in the eagle's claws represent Air Force maintenance. The Latin motto, "In Omnia Paratus," translates to "Ready For All Things" in English.
