On a disc Sable, a stylized hawk's head Azure, its mask of the first, eyes Or, beak Gris, wings extended and terminating to edge and conjoined to a demi-globe of the second, all garnished Argent, emitting from the pole point of the demi-globe four lightning bolts radiating to chief of the third, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "69TH MAINTENANCE SQ" in Yellow letters.


Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The hawk symbolizes constant vigilance, its wings outstretched encircling the globe, signifying the global protective nature of the Squadron's mission. The four lightning bolts represent the global connectivity provided by the efforts of unit personnel to carry out the mission.
