Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, a radar screen throughout Sable, surmounted with a flight symbol throughout ascending bendwise of the second overall a bald eagle volant Proper grasping in its talons a torch bendwise Silver Gray flamant Or, all within a diminished border Black.

Attached above the disc, a White scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "325TH TRAINING SQ" in Black letters.

Attached below the disc, a White scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "CARPE IMPERIUM" in Black letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The radar screen, reminiscent of a compass rose, and a flight symbol represent weapons control and training area curriculum of the unit. The bald eagle symbolizes the Squadron's contribution to air power and air superiority through training and education, as signified by the torch.
