Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, between a pall diminutive Or, in chief a winged tire Proper, in dexter two keys in saltire wards down and in sinister a wrench and screwdriver saltirewise all Argent (Silver Gray) detailed and fimbriated Sable, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Green scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "SUPPORTING THOSE WHO SERVE" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Green scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "502D LOGISTICS READINESS SQ" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The winged tire signifies the unit's mission of transportation using various methods in support of the Air Force and its mission partners at Joint Base San Antonio. The wrench and screwdriver represent the ability of the unit to repair and maintain equipment assigned to the Mission Support Group and mission partners at Joint Base San Antonio. The keys symbolize the unit's mission to provide accountability and control of supplies and equipment assigned to the Mission Support Group.
