Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, above demi-globe in base Or, gridlined of the field, a wrench and screwdriver in saltire Argent (Silver Gray), overall in pale piercing the pole of the globe a dagger of the last, grip and pommel accented Sable, all within a narrow border Black.

Attached below the disc, a White scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "352 SOMXS" in Black letters.

Attached above the disc, a White scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "AIR COMMANDOS" in Black letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The crossed tools and dagger reflect the Squadron's expertise in the maintenance of equipment used for special operations and denotes the relationship between operational units and specialized support units. The dagger emphasizes the quick and decisive action of Special Operations and points to a globe, indicating the worldwide expanse of Special Operations units.
