Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The three stars refer to the theaters which the Squadron serves: land, sea and air. The planet Saturn denotes the future and space transportation. The snow-topped mountains are representative of the wide range of environments the Squadron encounters. The bald eagle signifies strength of character and competence of unit personnel.
