Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, a lighthouse issuing from base Argent windows and details Sable, beacon Or radiating from the lantern four lightning bolts saltirewise of the last below in chief an arc of six mullets Argent four and two between the flashes, all within a diminished border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "738TH EIS" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "WITH PRIDE---WORLDWIDE" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The lighthouse represents the location where the unit was first activated and indicates the unit's long and distinguished history. The lightning flashes radiating from the lighthouse represent the unit's functions in aerospace communication and embody the Squadron's solid foundation as a link to aerospace forces. The stars recall the unit's exceptional performance awards.
