Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The earth represents the area of responsibility assigned to the Group and its parent organization, the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center (AFGLSC). The two arrowheads represent Air Force's weapons systems and the ability to provide far-reaching support crucial to the Air Force global mission. The contrails flowing from the arrowheads denote the Air Force's never-ending vigilance, extending the world-over, and into space. The blue triangle prominently centered above the earth with three lightning bolts emanating from it, represents the unit's network-centric transformational mission enabled through information technology.
