Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, issuant from dexter base a terrestrial globe Proper in sinister chief a vol surmounted by a torch Or flammant Gules, piercing a mullet all within an orbit issuing from behind the top of the globe arching bendwise sinister Argent, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "ACCURO FUTURUS" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "326TH TRAINING SQUADRON" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The earth signifies the global capabilities of the personnel and the unit trains. The winged torch symbolizes the high education and training standards maintained by the unit. The encircling orbit shows the constant pursuit of excellence in producing the Airmen that sustain the world's best air and space force.
