Description/Blazon

On a disc Celeste, a lozenge bendy of 18 Or and Azure, in chief another lozenge of the last, charged with a winged mullet of the second, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "WE SPARK THE MISSION" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "99TH MISSION SUPPORT SQ" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The nine yellow and nine blue bendlets represent the numerical designation of the Squadron. The other symbols are representative of the Squadron's parent unit. The unit motto is "We Spark the Mission."
