Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure and Sable, a demi-globe Gules gridlined Argent in sinister side, a lightning flash emanating from dexter side to honor point to base of the fourth fimbriated Or, all within a diminished border Yellow.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "707TH COMMUNICATIONS SQ" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The background fields represent day and night, the twenty-four hour mission of the unit. The lightning flash signifies the Squadron's communications mission. The globe represents the earth and the harsh environments in which the unit conducts its global mission.
