Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, a Roman pillar palewise Argent, shaded Sable, surmounted by a lightning bolt bendwise sinister throughout Or, in chief an open book of knowledge of the second bound of the third, all within a narrow border Black.

Attached above the disc, a Red scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "CONSUMMO EXORNO" in Black letters.

Attached below the disc, a Red scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "91 SSPTS" in Black letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The Roman pillar represents strength and support. The book is a universal symbol of knowledge. The lightning bolt represents speed and mobility.
