Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, in chief a globe Celeste gridlined Argent below three mullets arced Or and overall an eagle of the third, detailed Gray and stooping on a missile point to dexter fesswise in base of the like, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "90TH SECURITY SUPPORT SQ" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The globe represents the unit's diverse strength, while being displayed between the wings of the eagle, which alludes to the security forces members and their dedication. The three stars refer to the Security Forces Group which the unit directly supports. The missile is symbolic of mission success and the support the Squadron provides.
