Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, an arrowhead point to base chased Or, charged with a Zia sun symbol Gules, issuing from the second, sinister cross member a contrail encircling the Zia counter-clockwise and terminating in an arrow arcing toward sinister flank Yellow, all within a narrow border Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "ALIQUIA AUQUAM UMQUAM" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "27TH LOGISTICS READINESS SQ" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The arrowhead signifies the warrior spirit of the Squadron. The Zia sun symbol suggests the unit's location, while the delta contrail encircling the Zia represents the global impact on the mission.
