Description/Blazon

On a disc Argent with an inner border Azure, a caricatured executioner suit, pupil and mask Sable, face and hands Or, collared and eyed of the first, wielding an axe of the third and Grebe handled, bloody and dripping three drops Gules, nose and belted the same, all within a narrow border Black.

Attached below the disc a Yellow scroll edged with a narrow Black border and inscribed "25TH SPACE CONTROL TACTICS SQ" in Black letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The Squadron's emblem is representative of the design and heritage of air operations which carries all lineage and honors from the 25th Aero Squadron dating from 1917.
