Description/Blazon

On a disc Azure, a delta point to chief Gules, surmounted by four cog wheels interlocked, two in pale Or between two in base flanks Celeste, overall a wrench palewise Sable, all within a diminished border Blue.

Attached below the disc, a Yellow scroll edged with a narrow Blue border and inscribed "7TH EQUIP MAINT SQ" in Blue letters.


Symbolism

Blue and yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The delta symbolizes the upward direction that the unit strives for in the completion of its mission. The cog wheels/gears represent the traditional function of the Squadron. The wrench is the primary tool used to perform the maintenance mission of the unit.
