Description/Blazon

Azure, a bald eagle head erased Proper holding in its beak a key and lightning bolt in saltire bendwise the key in bend ward up Gules, surmounting in dexter chief a globe arraswise from the north pole Blue gridlined Or, all above a crescent of nine mullets of the last; all within a diminished bordure Yellow.

Attached above the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "PACAF RSS" in Yellow letters.

Attached below the disc, a Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed "PROVIDERS OF THE PACIFIC" in Yellow letters.


Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The eagle represents the devotion to duty and functions of unit personnel and their dedication to providing secure, swift supply support. The key and lightning bolt suggests secure control of supplies, providing military strength and wartime readiness. The globe and stars denote the nine global locations supported by the Squadron.
