Symbolism

Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required by the Air Force personnel. The globe describes the dark world in which this unit operates. The flight symbol signifies the technological advances which are monitored by the Office. Crossed swords overall demonstrate the protective mission of this special projects unit. The Latin motto, "SECRETUM CONSERVO POPULI," translates to "PRESERVING THE NATION'S SECRETS," in English.
